They built a single automated flow in Vaakio: a welcome email with a brew guide on day one, a "time for a refill?" reminder timed to roughly three weeks (when a bag runs out), and a subscribe-and-save offer a few days later. An abandoned-checkout email caught people who bailed at payment.
